Summary
James Halliday is the creator of OASIS, a virtual reality game that allows you to do whatever you want. He died, leaving a message for whoever finds the three keys leading to the Easter egg to inherit and control the OASIS. Wade Watts, a Halliday fan, is one of the gunters looking for three keys. No one was able to locate the three keys five years after Halliday's message. Wade, as his avatar Parzival, was the first to find the keys. He and his best friend formed an alliance with other gunters, including Art3mis, Shoto, and Daito. Nollan Sorrento, the story's main antagonist, became Wade's rival in the search for the keys. He once attempted but failed to remove Wade. Wade and his team discovered the first and second keys, but the third key remains a mystery to them. They were able to find the answer in the clue after many challenges. It is not so much about winning as it is about how you play. Wade eventually obtained the third key and was able to view the easter egg. Wade was given a pen by Halliday to sign the contract as the new owner of OASIS, but he refused and realized that it was just a test. He doesn't want to make the same mistake Halliday did. Nolan Sorrento was arrested for attempting to murder Wade Watts and bombing his home.

as Wade Watts - is the movie's main character. Wade is a huge Halliday fan, and he probably knew everything there was to know about him. Wade's goal, like everyone else in the game, is to find the easter egg left by Halliday
Paul Benjamin
as Nolan Sorrento - the antagonist of the film and the owner of the IOI. IOI is a company whose main goal is to locate all of the keys required to locate the Easter egg. IOI also manufactures game-related equipment such as gloves and suits.
Olivia Cooke
as Samanta Cook - is an OASIS high-level gunner. She is well-known in the game, despite the fact that only a few people have seen her face. Wade Watts, of course, has a huge crush on her.
Tye Sheridan
as Wade Watts - is the movie's main character. Wade is a huge Halliday fan, and he probably knew everything there was to know about him. Wade's goal, like everyone else in the game, is to find the easter egg left by Halliday
Philip Zao
as Shoto - is a Gunter who joined Daito on Halliday's Easter Egg Hunt. After obtaining the Copper Key, he becomes the fifth member of the High Five to appear on the leaderboard.
Win Morisaki
as Daito - is a Japanese gunter who is also one of the top players in the game. He has a brother-like relationship with Sho, another Japanese gunter. Their main goal is also to find Halliday's easter egg.
Lena Wathe
as Aech - Wade's best friend. Despite the fact that they only met via an online stimulation game, their bond is unbreakable. He, too, is interested in pop culture, as is Wade.
Mark Rylance
as James Donovan Halliday - also known as Anorak, is the main character and a tech industry businessman in Ready Player One's backstory. In the story's dystopian future setting, he was the creator of OASIS, a massive online simulation used by billions of people.

Steven Spielberg is set to make his directorial debut with "Ready Player One," an adaptation of Ernest Cline's 2011 novel of the same name. According to the Outline, Ready Player One is a bad book that will be a bad movie. In the first act of the film, James Halliday, the creator of OASIS, died unexpectedly, which is quite perplexing. He left a message saying that whoever finds the three keys he hides in the game that led to the Easter egg will inherit his fortune and control of the OASIS. The characters, led by Wade, make every effort to locate the three keys and discover the hidden message Halliday wishes to convey. Finally, Wade discovered the Easter egg but refused to take over the OASIS alone; instead, he and his friends took over the world's most popular online stimulation game.

The scenes in the movie are of high quality, and the use of computer graphics makes the characters appear realistic. It's especially good for gamers because it's like an escapist fantasy. It is one of those movies that will undoubtedly satisfy you; there are no cliffhangers at the end, so you will be satisfied. If you're looking for a movie with a good plot and a good life lesson, put this one on your list.
